The National Construction Institute of St. Louis is a public-private, not-for-profit social venture that combines construction education job training for at risk youth with the acquisition, renovation, and sale of publicly held abandoned properties in the City of St. Louis.

We aim to combat urban blight by fixing and selling abandoned homes, while providing work to at-risk youth, and funding their training and employment through the sale of completed homes.

What we offer

NCISTL takes a holistic view of urban development. Our aim is to empower local youth to rebuild properties in their own neighborhoods, building property values and neighborhood pride.

Support our mission

Help provide tools (both literal, and figurative) to local youth to successfully begin careers in the growing construction industry.
